Ausgebüxt! is a game for children. The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data and sends nothing to the internet at all. This website uses no cookies, no tracking and loads no content from other servers.

2. The app “Ausgebüxt!”
- No ads, no tracking, no third-party services: No advertising, analytics or tracking services are included.
- No accounts, no purchases: There is no sign-in and there are no in-app purchases.
- No internet connection: The app works completely offline and transmits no data.
- Local storage: The chosen language, the stars collected and which intro cards have been shown are stored on the device only. They never leave the device. They can be deleted in the settings and are also removed when the app is deleted.
3. This website
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf (data processing under Art. 28 GDPR, servers in Germany). When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This serves only the secure and stable operation of the site (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the log files are not analysed, not combined with other data and are deleted after a short time.
- No cookies, no tracking: The website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
- No third-party content: Fonts, images and scripts are served from this server.
- App Store and Google Play: The store buttons are plain links. Only when you tap them are you taken to Apple or Google, whose privacy policies then apply.
- E-mail: If you write to us, we use your message and address only to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
